As the Hardlines manager I have helped to rework some of the flow of our tackle department based off clientele and regional relevance. I have worked in unison with John Walbridge to introduce new styles and assortment of tackle within the store and district. Included in those assortments are the Pro Cure, Slam ola, Monster Bite, Sodium Sulfite, Pautzke.

Managing the operational processes of store 677 including all incoming and outgoing merchandise through front or receiving door.

As the lodge lead I am responsible for the floor operations, Making sure that all aisles are walked daily, product is filled, faced and priced. Merchandising all new products into aisles that make product sense. Checking all quarterly plan o grams and seasonal department sets. Working with the department manager to help research and select the fishing.

As the Store manager I was responsible for the day to day operations. Making sure that the store opening and closing procedures were followed to company policies. Opening the store refreshed and ready to go with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude which was demonstrated by the high energy levels of all team members. By fostering open communication lines.

I was responsible for the day to day operations for the fishing Department and its employees. Developing relationships with local and national manufacturers as well as buyers to increase inventory assortment. Helping to grow our business by adding 100's of product's that are used by northwest fisherman. Tracking sales trends on non performing lines or skus.

I owned and operated my own floor covering business. Managing 9 employees, 3 different crews. Team Building, Hiring and terminations, cash management, Advertising, Supervising all installation of Ceramic Tile, Vinyl, Hardwoods, Carpet, VCT, ACT

I was a fishing guide on the Oregon Coast and Willamette Valley. Fishing for salmon and steelhead. Providing tips and techniques on how to catch these fish that elude so many anglers.

I was responsible for 65 men in the 5th Division. I ordered all stores supply's for my division. Assigned all work assignments and evaluations and performance reviews. We performed all maintenance on the main deck, 2nd deck, 3rd deck. Operated all small boat operations for the USS MISSOURI, BB-63. I received 2 letters of Commendation and a Navy Achievement.
