At Molecular Devices, our team developed and organically grew an automation business that ultimately became a key revenue stream for the organization, generating double digit YOY growth. In this role, I managed the design, build, commissioning, training and global deployment of fully integrated, end-to-end robotic platforms. I worked directly with customers to translate assays and technical requirements into project deliverables, managing the customer experience from order-in to deployment.

Designing a cloud-based content distribution service for our team members in the field. Providing high-level technical engineering support, service training and documentation to the Sales and Service organization.
