CurrentAs a Manager of Customer Success at Verint, I lead a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure our customers are achieving their desired outcomes and maximizing the value of our platform. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and manage customer on-boarding and adoption processes to ensure successful platform implementation.During my tenure, I have developed and implemented customer success strategies, built and maintained strong customer relationships, and provided coaching and mentorship to team members. I am experienced in working with Salesforce and other CRM platforms and have a strong understanding of customer success metrics and reporting. I also used CS tool like Totango and Pendo to measure usage and track customer performance.
