William Bowery is a Shipping and Receiving and Inventory control at Venco Venturo Industries LLC. Colleagues describe them as "William is an outstanding team player and manager. He was, by all accounts, ,extraordinarily meticulous and careful in this task. This area of work, however, wasn't where I interacted with him very much however. The way that Bill supported my product development efforts, and everyone else's in engineering, was the troubleshooting that he did when we had an unexpected delay with an engineer - to - engineer development shipment. We operated over the years with very short design cycles, and often, I would get a key prototyping parts shipment from our counterparts at NuVo's partnering manufacturing facility in China, or a problem with bringing parts IN from them. Although no one ever explicitly tasked him with it, Bill worked very hard to establish strategic relationships with key people in UPS (our shipper of choice), and even with some key brokers who acted as liassons with US Customs. Bill always knew enough about shipping restrictions, and subjects like harmonized codes and import duties to keep me out of trouble. I am an idiot on such matters; totally focused on design and development. Not only did he get things unstuck from unforeseen situations, but he pre-empted a lot of stuck shipment problems that no one else could see coming. His talents in the area of logistics are simply huge. He would be an incredible asset to anyone in the areas that I have described. Bill gets my highest recommendation!"
