I was the team lead for End of Trim shop, and had to learn every job position in the 100+ employee area I was assigned. I managed material handling and safety, as well as tool handling and safety for every job in the shop. The position required me to replace any individual that was missing for the day, and delegate to ensure any other open positions were filled with the team I had.
