TLAR Group, LLC is a real estate investment company specializing in total remake of Seattle and Eastside houses. My daugher, Ragan Kim, and I manage the day to day operations of TLAR Group, LLC. We buy early 1900 houses in the nicer areas of Seattle, renovate them and sell them. Our renovations are high end with first class fit and finish and, while updating the houses, we do our best to keep the period esthetics of the house. Our last few houses have been total tear downs and construction of a new, high-end house on site. Our next properties are on Mercer Island and in Medina.

Led the team that initially trained the Royal Saudi Air Force to operate the RSAF AWACS and Tanker aircraft built by Boeing. Became the Deputy Program Manager, then the VP/General Manager of the Peace Sentinal Progam (RSAF E-3 and Tanker support program) with over 500 American employees (plus families) and several hundred third country nationals. Later became the VP for business development for defense and space programs in Boeing Middle East Limited.

Managed a 500+ employee program supporting the Royal Saudi Air Force E-3 AWACS and tanker program, including families and third country nationals totaling over 1000 people. Promoted to Business Development in the Middle East region.

5000 hours flying, 330 combat missions, Vietnam, 68/69 as a Forward Air Controller assigned to 1st Air Cav Division (3 DFCs (with V) and 11 Air Medals). Chief pilot, 0-2A, AAU-24, USAF AWACS and NATO AWACS.
