William Branham, Owner, MAT Specialist & Personal trainer – Prior to starting The Move Project, William worked for over 4 years as an Ortho Kinetic trainer/therapist at the Telos Fitness Center in Dallas, TX. Before that he was an Elite level trainer with 24 hr fitness for 3 years. William is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and the Cooper Institute and also holds certifications with Muscle Activation Techniques (M.A.T.) Specialist, Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) Therapist, and is a certified Massage Therapist. Since 2007, William has been an international certifying instructor for the Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research, overseeing break-out sessions for the Biomechanics of Resistance Training Courses. William works with clients from a wide range of goals including post rehabilitation, general fitness, sports performance and pain reduction.
