Established the production division for Grand Isle Shipyard, which included supplying contract, production operators, HLO’s and crane operators, both onshore and offshore. Responsible for the design and construction of the division office. Supervised the interviewing, hiring and management of office and field personnel.Team leader for the Safety and Detection Department. Established a second location, responsible for securing facility, acquiring equipment and assisting in the hiring of personnel.Responsible for creating budgets and forecasting. Tracked and ensured departments were preforming to expectations. Assisted the I&E Division with job planning and supervision of personnel during the transition of management changes.Communicated with the accounts payable department concerning outstanding invoices.
