Developed the Planning and Targeting Processes through which a Joint Force Headquarters Cyberspace (JFHQ-C) would support of the Theater Special Operation Components (TSOC). Responsible for planning full spectrum cyberspace operations in support of TSOC operations. Provided full spectrum cyber operations planning and cyber scenario development in support of large-scale exercises at the Geographic Combatant Commands.• Chosen as the G2 representative to the operation planning team (OPT) that developed a JFHQ-C planning process and the boards, bureaus, councils, cells, and working groups that the JFHQ-C utilizes to provide full spectrum cyber operations to TSOC forces. • Developed the JFHQ-C targeting process and wrote the standard operating procedures (SOP) for JFHQ-C to provide full spectrum cyber operations in support of TSOC forces. • Chosen as the G2 representative to the OPT that developed how a Cyber Task Force will provide command and control of the Cyber Mission Teams (CMT) and Cyber Protection Teams (CPT).• Developed the targeting process that provided Special Operations Forces with full spectrum cyberspace operations. • Supported SOCEUR with education and detailed planning for full spectrum cyber operations.• Supported SOCPAC detailed planning that resulted in an approved CYBERPAC Cyber Effects Request Form (CERF).• Led the Target Development Working Group responsible for conducting targeting for full spectrum cyber operations in support of SOCOM and the TSOCs. • Provided scenario development and full spectrum cyber operations planning in support of SOCEUR and EUCOM exercise GAUNLET CHALLENGE that resulted in the incorporation of cyberspace operations over the Joint IO Range in support of the exercise. • Provided scenario development and full spectrum cyber operations planning in support of SOCPAC and PACOM exercise TEMPEST WIND that resulted in the incorporation of cyberspace operations over the Joint IO in support of the exercise.

COMMANDING OFFICER, INDIA BATTERY 3RD BATTALION, 14TH MARINES Responsible for a 150 Marines and a firing battery of M777A2 howitzers. Tasked with the training of the battery to handle standard and nonstandard artillery missions and preparing the battery for combat.• Hand selected to command India Battery during a theater security cooperation exercise with the Moroccan military resulting in closer operating relationships between Morocco and the United States military units. • Led, supervised, and mentored the battery's enlisted personnel and junior officers during Exercise African Lion resulting in over 1200 rounds fired and over 100 fire missions processed during the exercise. • Provide documented counseling, performance appraisal, and administrative oversight that resulted in three Navy Achievement Medals and five Letters of Appreciation for the Marines of India Battery.

HEADQUARTERS MARINE CORPS INTELLIGENCE DEPARTMENT, WASHINGTON, DC Charged to locate and manage Top Secret certified bandwidth for the 2009 Marine Corps surge to Afghanistan. Tasked with the development of a concept of operations and fielding plan for a special intelligence payload for airborne platforms. As the subject matter expert on Marine ground Electronic Warfare, charged with leading stakeholders in developing the Marine Corps’ EW requirements for the years up to 2025. • Led the four person team that was able to meet the Marine Corps’ Afghan surge additional requirements of Top Secret satellite bandwidth by leveraging partnerships with NSA, DIA, the SECDEF’s ISR Task Force, and Army INSCOM. • Delivered a concept of operations for an airborne system with a special intelligence payload with a fielding plan scheduled for a 2010 Afghan deployment. • Led the Marine Ground EW Stakeholders in writing the Marine Corps EW 2025 Vision Concept of Operations. • Created the case study and requirements for a simulated war game scenario that allowed for the validation and continuation of a small and elite intelligence unit.

4TH AIR NAVAL GUNFIRE LIAISON COMPANY, MARINE FORCES RESERVE, WEST PALM BEACH, FL Specializing in the coordination of artillery, naval gunfire and close air support (CAS) for the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Army, and allied foreign armed forces. Firepower Control Team Leader - CaptainTasked with being the subject matter expert in Fire Support to Marine Corps units, as well as U.S. Army and foreign military units. Led teams from five to 12 Marines in supporting Iraqi operations in Al Anbar province during the 2006 Surge. Leveraged relationships with Marine, Army, and Air Forces officers in order to ensure that all operations had the necessary air and fire support. Required to be certified to call in air strikes as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) and meet biannual requirements for proficiency. • Developed and executed the Air and Fire Support Plans for the first successful MNC-I level fuel convoy from Ramadi in the west to Bajyi in the north via Baghdad, that resulted in over 20 trucks delivering more than 10,000 gallons of fuel. • Wrote and published the handbook used in all future MNC-I level Ramadi to Bajyi fuel convoys that included POC information, call signs, and radio frequencies for all ground and air units with responsibilities along the route, that allowed for nine future convoys to deliver over 250,000 gallons of fuel to the Al Anbar province. • Built and leveraged relationships with Army and Air Force pilots in the central and northern sectors of Iraq that resulted in air support to Marine fuel convoys when outside of Marine areas of operation. • Analyzed and managed Iraqi army requirements for air and fire support that allowed 1st Brigade, 7th Iraqi Army to conduct its first brigade level operation.

Provided planning and mission support to Marine units in Afghanistan as executive officer of a Marine detachment during a seven-month deployment. Managed and was accountable for millions of dollars of TS/SCI collection and communication equipment used to support combat operations throughout the AOR simultaneously. Hand selected as the first Radio Battalion Officer to support an Army Special Forces team during a weeklong area reconnaissance mission. Provided SIGINT to the Targeting board in Iraq, in support of successful operations against High Value Targets. • Developed intelligence when supporting Army Special Forces, enabling successful Marine ground force operations. • Exploited target reliance on certain communication mediums to develop techniques in support of Marine ground forces operations. • Developed controls for TS/SCI collection and communication equipment accountability that allowed these sensitive assets to be used simultaneously throughout the AOR without any losses. • Built and leveraged relationships with NSA and Army SIGINT units that resulted in faster development and greater depth of intelligence products.
