• Continue all responsibilities of Securities Analyst II, including maintaining accurate cash reconciliations, data tie-outs, reporting, and payments on various Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO), Lending Facility, and Custody products.• Subject matter expert on our products, resolving complex issues that arise from process breakdowns or difficult contract interpretations.• Train, mentor, and assist new employees with daily operational duties.• Review junior analyst’s daily cash reconciliations, monthly reports, and quarterly payments.• Lead analyst¬ on the closing of a new complex CLO portfolio. Main duties included terminating the previous CLO, calculating purchase-accrued interest, elevating issuers to the new CLO, performing an effective date report.• Experience with refinancing notes on various portfolios. • Participate in various projects to develop new processes in order to improve efficiency within our Corporate Trust Services Department.• Act as a liaison between different departments, clients, and outside investors.
