I was placed in the Business Development team for the Data Centre Solutions department of CBRE for my internship and contributed to a diverse range of projects. • Expanded on existing research into the UK data centre market to find new targets for the business and produced heat maps to analyse and demonstrate UK-wide data centre trends• Created a monthly document to track the department’s interaction with clients for each month and monitor new leads, client cultivation and tender status • Created a presentation and hand-out to attract current CBRE contracts towards using our integrated ICT services, specifically highlighting the benefits of converging M&E and ICT operations. • Worked as part of a team to help organise CBRE’s stand at the Data Centre World conference and also represent the company on the stand at the two day event • Personal responsibility to design and create a rolling presentation to use on the CBRE exhibition stand at Data Centre World and to write a post-event report summarising the event and critically evaluating CBRE’s presence there. The report was used to leverage more funding for next year’s event
