Assigned to the aftermarket quality team tasked with inspecting and verifying material destined for an outside customer.Routinely inspected parts to the Field Sheet (FS) to ensure conformance. Determined appropriate action to be taken for non-conforming parts, up to and including: marking the part for scrap, writing a Discrepancy Record (DR) to ship the part back to the supplier, or requesting the material be inducted into the Sikorsky repair process.Personally inspected parts from various backlogs to ensure conformance and moved the parts in SAP to their proper destination.Spearheaded Standard Works (SW) for various quality functions. These were for both previously existing processes and new processes.Routine activities include: Active participation in the daily Discrepancy Review Team (DRT) meeting with buyers to verify next steps on non-conforming material, assisting the customer service team expedite parts, moving DR’s through to completion, and aiding the customer directly with inspecting and recording parts.

Assigned to the UTAS Materials Management team to compile and present data for Original Equipment (OE) buyers, Delivery Assurance Specialists (DAS), and general management.Run regular reports by pulling data from SAP and Business Objects. Place raw data into preconstructed Work In Progress (WIP) files to calculate statistics and information requested by the above organizations utilizing advanced Excel functions. Assist in the creation of several WIP files for use in regular reporting.
