I have chef qualifications; NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery); Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering. I have 7 years’ experience working in pubs and hotels. I have experience working under a head chef and as a head chef, creating menus, ordering stock and managing stock levels etc. I also have experience in mass catering for various events when working in a Hotel environment. I am currently in Brisbane and have applied for my Australian tax number and will be available to start once tax number has been received.
