The Technology Services team is responsible for resolving support queries from internal and external clients.Office IT Support Analysts are accountable for the quality of local technology service delivery within their assigned office(s). They act as consultants to the attorneys and staff on the technology systems at their disposal, and provide both proactive and reactive technology-related support. This role is about working closely with local stakeholders to understand and then realize expectations and business needs, mobilizing the resources of the Technology department as needed on behalf of the office. Working co-operatively with the Technology Services team and other areas of the Technology department, this position is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of PC-based applications, mobile devices, infrastructure components, and telecommunications within the office, ensuring that local and firm-wide systems are consistently delivered and supportable.Senior IT Support Analyst is the highly experienced level of this role. While the core duties overlap significantly with levels I and II, Senior IT Support Analysts work with a very high degree of independence and initiative, are expected to be very knowledgeable in the technical functions and processes of the department. They will typically be assigned the most challenging tasks.The position reports to the local IT Manager (where present) and the Regional IT Support Manager, with a dotted line to local office management

Provides end-user support for PC-related and telecommunications applications. Is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of the computer applications and infrastructure components. Works cooperatively with the Firmwide Technology Department to ensure that firmwide systems are consistently delivered and supported. Ensures that all routine file server maintenance activities are being performed, specifically in the areas of: back-up, capacity planning, disk management and fault isolation. Tracks end-user calls and ensures equipment inventories are up-to-date and accurate.

Coordinate supportive services for record keeping, financial management, staff management, and system administration services. Provide and manage all the office needs for the staff by managing purchases/invoicing , staff daily hours, payroll, and client/Vendor relations.While providing system administrative services in house and to clients.
