Unclassified/Classified NCOIC Network Control Center (; )As the Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of the Network Control Center, I managed 3 full-time employees and 6 Traditional Guardsman during a drill weekend. Our team provides technical leadership for the local data storage as well as assisting in vulnerability management among other things. We provide leadership with the way forward in installing, configuring, and implementing all network architecture for both the unclassified network as well as the classified network.Responsibilities:•Manage Network Control center which consists of 3 full-time employees and 6 total traditional employees.•Manage current NCC-R suite using vSphere 5.5. All local file shares reside in this suite. •Manage vBrick system, which streams live digital video and on demand video to all desktops and multiple set top boxes•Install, configure, and manage all Extron systems on base, saving McEntire over $100K due to ability to quickly learn new software and hardware•Manage vulnerability management team, which includes viruses, classified message incidents (CMI’s), and all other malicious attacks•Currently working to upgrade our classified network with VDI capabilities•Standing up a brand new training rack for all new network administrators, transport administrators, and system technicians. New rack will consist of 3 different types of switches, Cisco ASA’s, Tactical Local Area Network Encryptor (TACLANE’s), IDS/IPS, Windows 2012 R2, and vSphere 5.5. We will also be learning the new NSX technology. This training rack will cover everything needed to train on all types of hardware and software in use currently and future training without effecting the real world network.

As the Systems Analyst for the Logistics Readiness squadron, I maintained all required reports, analyzing them, and interpreting them for management. I was also the lead client systems technician (CST) in charge of ensuring all desktops, laptops, and printers were functioning properly.•Primary systems administrator for 120 users, and 200+ devices to include PC’s, laptops, and printers. Installed all required software, driver, and devices.•Acted as Primary Security Manager•Managed all users who connected to the Standard Base Supply System (SBSS).•Developed an Access database that worked the same way SBSS worked which was to be used during the end of year financial cut over. This allowed all users to process emergency issues digitally instead of manually, cutting downtime in half.•Managed all monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, analyzing them to help remove deficiencies, increase productivity, and enhance mission effectiveness
