I provided QA support for both the Life is Crime and Life is Magic development teams. Duties included ad hoc testing, bug reporting and tracking, testing new builds, reproducing and documenting community-reported bugs, responding to user tickets, working directly with both Andoird and iOS developers, diagnosing crashes through logs, manually pushing apk builds to devices, creating and managing test cases, and coordinating with external QA teams.
