Lead a small, hand-selected team of communications professionals in support of the United States Marine Corps' oldest post. Responsible for the maintenance and administration of a geographically diverse network architecture across four seperate installations. Liaised with corporate information technology and communications agencies. Represented the U.S. Marine Corps to thousands of guests, to include military, government, and industry senior leaders.

Communications Integrator for Erbil Air Base, Erbil, Iraq. Led a team of 30+ contractors in the operation and maintenance of a full-spectrum, reliable, commercial-level communications network. Interfaced with joint, coalition, and multinational partners on identifying emerging communications requirements and their installation. Liaised and advised the Ministry of Peshmerga Affairs on the development and employment of a modern, survivable, and reliable communications architecture.

Designed and implemented robust, redundant, and reliable communications networks to support all aspects of artillery and fire support agencies. Established reflexive local and wide area networks, telepohony networks, and full-spectrum radio frequency systems. Lead and developed a team of 120 indivduals while simultaneously overseeing the maintenance and operation of over $20 million worth of principle communication equipment.

Worked with persons with serious and persistent mental illnesses in a recovery based and trauma sensitive environment while assisting in motivating and encouraging individuals toward integration into the community.
