Innovative and motivated MBA candidate for May of 2025 from Augustana University. I have a passionate commitment to improving and advocating for the betterment of healthcare access and operations across all continuums of care. Currently an Intern in the Sanford Health Innovations and Commercialization Department where I have had the opportunity to contribute on several projects aimed at accelerating new technologies and practices into our enterprise operations. Additionally, I have been given pivotal projects and roles for developing internal strategies and policies for an everchanging healthcare landscape. In my six years at Mini-Critters, I transitioned into a leadership role where I honed goal-driven, organizational, and development skills associated with leading multi-disciplinary teams involved with implementing the organization's website, which sees over 200 visitors daily, has gathered over 4,000 individuals’ information for marketing campaigns and internal service records. Additionally, I integrated and implemented the POS, which contains roughly 3,000 products, inventory, and vendor management capabilities and averages 250 transactions a day across two locations. As a Patient Care Technician overseeing the care of eight patients a day, I demonstratedcommitment to healthcare and found interest in developing and improving healthcare operations and technologies to benefit patients and the workforce. While a student researcher, I led three projects, collaborating with researchers from Kansas State University and the University of Wisconsin, where I developed my research, implementation, and analytical skills alongside taking courses that contained independent timelines and results-driven research projects.
