He is currently Immediate Past President of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association, co-chair of its Intellectual Property Committee, a member of the court's Advisory Council for IP matters, leads his firm's Court of Federal Claims Intellectual Property practice group, and is a leading practitioner in intellectual property cases before this court. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has authored several articles and has lectured on various intellectual property topics. He is a recipient of the Golden Eagle award from the Chief Judge of the Court of Federal Claims for his outstanding contribution and service to the Court.
