Selected for reassigned as Process Control Supervisor pursuant to cooperate restructuring to facilitate start-up of a new state-of-the-art Vertical Precalciner Kiln Process. One of only five hand picked for the safe operation of a 6,600 ton per hour process line. Again, hand picked for assignment as Production Supervisor responsible for daily efficient operation of the facility, personnel and equipment achieving product quality while adhering to all environmental quality control standards.

Industrial repairs of Cement plant process equipments and systems. Seeking the knowledge and experience of repair techniques involved in maintaining cement plant processes, performed various maintenance actions such as: weld repair to kiln shells, ball mills, hammer mills, piping systems, and conveyor structures, cyclone and static separators. Repair and change out of screw conveyors, belt conveyors to include splicing, FK and CP conveyor pump overhaul and replacement, gear box bearing change-out. Spearheaded the safety repair team mitigating the tremendous back log of over 300 safety related repair items plaguing the host facility in a short 3 months providing the ability to manage day to day safety repair issues in single digits.
