As a Bottling and Pasteurising Line Manager, I worked at a unique company that transforms apples from clients’ own gardens into bespoke, labeled bottles of apple juice. It was incredibly rewarding to be part of a process that brought personal value to clients while minimizing waste—helping to produce 90,000 bottles and save 140 tonnes of apples from going to landfill.In this role, I oversaw each stage from bottling to pasteurisation, ensuring high standards of quality control. I also managed client communications and sales, learning how to tailor our services to meet individual expectations and deliver a product that clients could feel proud of. This experience taught me about the importance of operational efficiency, customer care, and problem-solving, all within a creative and sustainable business model.
