  2005 I analysed a complex application developed by a talented developer over the years. He wasn't giving up control and his requests where increasingly unacceptable. I presented a destructive report about his work and he was terminated.2010 Destroyed the reputation of an Area Manager with an in depth economical analysis of area's projects. Presented compelling results of area inefficiency and resource waste. All the projects where downsized, several Project Managers were downgraded. The Area Manager was relocated and left shortly after.2012 I forced the resignation of a Project Manager that was against the company outsourcing strategy. By quietly controlling the delivery of sloppy job from the outsourcing team, I managed to put the blame on him. He quickly lost patience and exploded. He was fully and successfully replaced by the outsourcing team, with considerable economical benefit.2018 Provoked the burnout of a technical cofounder. Through a patient work of bad mouthing, demotion, marginalisation, and backstabbing, I managed to justify his final dismissal to the Board. The dismissal happened after a 6 months period in which the unaware guy worked very hard to hand over all the key information to the team in order to reduce risks. The company reached immediately the break even and was acquired shortly after.
