With a Degree in Building Construction and his Florida General Contractors License, William S. Carson, Jr. is a Senior Partner at Ridge Capital Development, LLC which is a Real Estate and Development capital company. Starting out his carrer as a GC for Over a period of Fifteen years running, he has achieved an average sales growth of over 150% and had employed over 100 employees building Luxury Town homes, Medical Centers, Residential Homes, Restaurants, Gas stations, Churches and joint ventures with other developers, investors. William is instrumental in finding land, doing due diligence, pro-formas for construction as well as private equity financing. William is also the Managing Member in charge of Investor Relations at Natural Air E-Controls, LLC, start-up HVAC automation control and medical device company. In addition to being a managing member of Natural Air E-Controls, LLC, William is a co-inventor.
