Bill has been litigating on behalf of corporations, non-profits, individuals, and insurance companies since 1994. His practice ranges across a large portion of the civil litigation spectrum and has included the defense of high value cases such as wrongful death, catastrophic injury, business devaluation and class actions. In addition to his extensive trial and appellate experience, he has successfully resolved a significant number of matters through the use of voluntary and court-mandated mediations and arbitrations.Bill works closely with the client on each file to develop a plan of action for the best possible resolution. This can include settlement at the most advantageous point in the case, dispositive motion practice, or trial. If the best course of action is trial, his experience and court room skills provide his client with the confidence to take the case to verdict.Bill has successfully completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program: Building Trial Skills, which was conducted by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). He has also spoken to clients, organizations and in-house on various topics including effective litigation, proper deposition procedures and strategies, and appropriate responses to default judgments.Outside of his law practice, Bill coaches the Towamencin Xplosion, a travel softball team. He has also been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Lutheran Community at Telford.
