As a future educational administrator, I seed to provide a progressive learning environment that is positive and welcoming. Through collaborative teaching staffs my future teaching staffs will evolve with a diverse student population to ensure equitable learning for all students. My core values are respect, honesty and integrity. I uphold an open door policy and seek peer approval for all decision making processes. The educational leadership knowledge I learned while receiving my master’s degree from American Collage of Education has provided me a blueprint on the competencies of an effective administrator. Teaching within a low income, large populated city school has provided invaluable experience that has strengthened my pedagogy as an educator and future administrator. I take pride in my abilities to create authentic lesson plans that are engaged and motivating. I strive to build positive relationships with my colleagues and students that is constructive to advance educational objectives. As a coach for three sports, I have learned the value of a hard work ethic. I am use to 80 hour work weeks that require time management and ability to juggle diverse task. I have built 3 winning athletic programs that hold core beliefs of sportsmanship, team work and respect.
