Will has undertaken numerous domestic and cross-border transactions for private equity investor groups, strategic corporate buyers and Government and Public Sector clients in a number of industries (including healthcare; consumer products, retail and agriculture; technology and e-commerce; media and entertainment; transportation and logistics; manufacturing and packaging; automotive; and financial services) as well as assisting corporates in connection with initial equity listings.

Senior Accountant / Analyst Specific Experience:• Testing valuation of securities. Assessed the reasonableness of assumptions and projections used in the valuation of securities where valuation inputs were not readily observable in the market place.• Testing design and operating effectiveness of internal controlsProject Management:• Having been a senior for 2 years (across two different countries) I was charged with the management of audit teams (scoping their roles, fostering their development, and evaluating performance), as well as acting as an interface between the client and the audit team.• Led teams through audits including scoping analysis (identifying key areas of risk to the audit and designing substantive procedures to address this risk), pricing (creating budget forecasts for the audit), internal control evaluation (in relation to the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley and BASEL).

Accountant / Analyst Industry Experience: Private equity, retail and institutional banking, REIT’sClients: Westpac Banking Corporation, Gresham (Private Equity), Equity Trustees Limited, Macquarie Property Trust / Charter Hall Property Trust.Specific Experience:• Tested internal controls following Sarbanes-Oxley (cradle-to-grave analysis).This involved following a single transaction from inception to the general ledger.• Westpac Retail Banking (WBC RBB) – Focused primarily on the Credit Cards and Personal Loans portfolios which included analysis of yearly trends as well as GAP analysis.• Macquarie Property Trust / Charter Hall Property Trust – Property valuation
