Battery pack and cell commodity management

1. Sourcing and supply chain management responsibility for overall mechanical commodities including Stamping, Plastic injection, Sheet metal, Integrated energy storage container, HVAC systems, Fire suppression systems, Hardware and packaging material 2. Project development support（NPD）Early engagement in new product development in US, provide professional and valuable suggestion or solution to design team from supply chain perspective. 3. Operation management to Subcontractor/OEM supplier

Sourcing and supply chain management, 3 years on stamping commodity and 1 year on Die casting commodity, main activities are:1. Supplier chain management, propose and decide supplier selection to project purchasing team. 2. Localization project3. Define yearly strategy of assigned commodity group4. Set and implement cost target of assigned commodity group5. Leading role to drive core tool cost improvement 6. First contact window of supplier affairs.7. Commodity Representative of PT Asia BU to participant in events with Bosch other BUs (like RPMT and GPMT joint negotiations） 8. Organize Supplier Day event
