Basic concept of Container Freight Stations (CFS) is to provide additional space for cargo storage pending clearance.Part of my responsibilities:Ensure timely deliveries of cargo (containers,heavy machinery,RoRo vehicles, project cargo etc) to CFS Yard & Warehouses from KPA Terminal.Ensure accurate and update posting of data -daily stock cycle counts.status of cargo.Plan storage space and Equipment (reach starkers and Forklifts.)Supervise deployment of staff in areas of operations(port +yard)Identifying weak spots and changing the process to improve -focus on customer satisfaction.

In charge of local excursions (Air & Road) and booking there of.Planning itinerary and costing. Allocating and Briefing Driver guides.Periodic inspection visits to sites and hotels.Preparing daily work schedule - transfers, city tours & excursions,etc
