Ensuring optimal product availability at all DBCs, Distributors and CCDs in the right brands, packs and quantities at the right time. i.e Bulawayo, Gwanda, Hwange, Beitbridge, Vic Falls, Gweru, Masvingo, Ngundu, Gokwe, Chiredzi, Kwekwe and Zvishavane•Ensuring empties are returned from the same centres to the production centre at the shortest possible time.•Ensuring that appropriate and suitable transport (horse and trailer) is availed for inbound logistics whenever it is required.•Developing and implementing the Southern Region SBs weekly and daily freight programmes which effectively and efficiently utilises the rig, wagons and core fleet available.•Ensuring optimal Sparkling Beverages product availability at all DBCs, CCDs and Distributors in Southern Region in order to avoid stock outs.•Management of operational costs through overtime control, accurate Scheduling and routing of vehicles and drivers•Production of correct and accurate freight data and reports timeously.•Supervision and control of subordinate staff for effectiveness and efficiency.•Ensuring optimum product availability at the right place and time in the given stock-keeping units within the Region.•Minimising freight running costs through accurate planning and fleet mix.•Maximising fleet capacity utilisation and fleet monitoring through use of Track-IT system•Ensuring correct and accurate freight data is compiled and distributed timeously.
