Management:Involve in management planning.Lead a team of project engineers and document controllers and assigned project/ tasks according to their key strength.Review all documents prepare by project engineers and document controllers.Budget planning for individual projects to ensure projects is kept within budgets.Work closely with corporate CFO on company cash flow planning on weekly basis.Follow up with existing customers on new projects.Lead of project department for annual API audit in 2010 & 2011.Continue with the previous workscope before promotion.

Communication:Coordinate and liaison with all departments on projects to ensure that communications and transactions are handled in most expedient and efficient manner.Liaise with customers in relation to deliveries, provide professional and timely responses.Liaise with engineering and procurement department for purchasing of equipments/ materials.Monitoring of orders to ensure that all necessary requirements such as documentation, specification, material, etc is met.Identifying any penalties or such commercial terms clauses involved that need to be addressed without delay prior to any acceptance of order.Liaise with commissioning and production department to resolve any problem related to orders and expedite delivery of orders and delivery of urgent orders to customerDocumentation:Coordinate and liaise closely with suppliers and forwarders for timely delivery.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.Prepare material requisite and monitor project costing and budget.Follow-up of technical documents/ drawing/ validation order.Set-up and maintain efficient filing system for the department.Assist in end of project report.Project Management:Take charge of project engineering, projects management and feasibility studies of production processes for improvement and smooth execution and delivery of the projects.Manage contractors/ vendors during engineering, installation and commissioning phases to ensure compliance with in-house requirements and local regulation.Take charge of installation, testing and commissioning program in Singapore and oversea; organize end-user training, maintenance and handover to user.Support regional projects, commissioning and specific defined skill requirements and activities when required (traveling may be required).Manage effective production and cost controls to ensure efficient project execution.Monitor progress payment.Prepare delivery schedule and document for materials and equipments.

Evaluate technical / engineering requirements, review drawing, and resolve site technical issues for Pipe lay barge.Ensure that all operations carried out conform to high quality, safety standards and meet customers contractual expectation and within budget. Responsible in project planning & scheduling to ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining standards and cost effectiveness.An effective leader and team player with strong communication, engineering problems solving and planning skills.

Evaluate technical / engineering requirements, review drawing, and resolve site technical issues for Derrick Equipment Set.Ensure that all operations carried out conform to high quality, safety standards and meet customers contractual expectation and within budget. Responsible in monitoring the process of projects to ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining standards and cost effectiveness.Responsible in calculation of required raw material & coming out with cutting plan.Carry out supervision on ASME
