• Oversee the School of Leadership Skills and the School of Public Engagement (2 teams with 5 staff members), develop strategy, allocate manpower and resources for the Schools and the HKFYG Leadership Institute (the.
• Collaborate with local, mainland and overseas partners ranging from business, government and social sectors
• Coordinate Federation's signature programmes, e.g. "Hong Kong 200" Leadership Project, Summer Schools for Effective Leadership (coorganised with HKU and HKUST, supported by CUHK), re-branded Leaders to Leaders.
• Hold the position of acting Supervisor to deputise Supervisor (Leadership) during his absence
