I have worked for the past 2 years as a Kitchen Assistant & Chef at a few venues including world renowned venue Wembley Stadium where at this particular venue working alongside a few chefs under the Head Chef of Concessions Gary Kneale, where we prepared everyday quite a few versatile menus encompassing many cuisines including british and French in order to cater to all customers of different cultures. I would now like to expand my repertoire & am keen to be considered for a new post. I am currently looking for experience working as a Pâtissier. I am a motivated quick learner and believe I have the skills, creativity & qualification to excel in the role and become the Best that I can be by learning from the Best.
