Prevention and Recovery in Early Psychosis (PREP) Program:-Clinician at MMHC’s first episode psychosis program for young adults with psychotic spectrum disorders.-Caseload of 3-5 individual clients.-Weekly therapy sessions with clients with a focus in CBT and ACT.-Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments.-Treatment plan creation and execution.-Clinical case management.-Work with clients’ families to integrate treatment and home life.-Group work.-Designed and implemented a substance use group curriculum with a focus on psychosis and substances interacting together.-Took over facilitation of existing Men’s Group and began curriculum planning.

Transitions TSS:-Case manager and clinician for clients in recovery from substance use disorders in a Transitional Support Setting (TSS).-Case manager duties-Coordinate and schedule clients outside appointments with doctors and social services.-Refer clients to halfway houses and facilitate the interview process for admission.-Clinician duties-Meet with clients one-on-one to address their needs within the program.-Administer bio-psycho-social-spiritual assessments when clients first enter the program.-Facilitate one clinical group every day.-Psychoeducational group sessions inform clients of the

-Support the company’s mission to create an environment where our residents can do the work of recovery.-Provide support to residents who are in early sobriety and have recently transitioned from inpatient facilities.-Connect with clients on a one to one basis.-Show by example that recovery is possible for anyone that chooses to work for it.-Help clients connect with the recovery community in the Boston area.

-Assisted new clients transitioning from inpatient treatment to a sober living setting.-Introduced new clients to recovery meetings they might enjoy, assisted them in getting to know the area that they have moved to, and worked to make them feel a part of the Tharros House community.-Spoke with prospective clients about my experience at Tharros House and what to expect if they decide to move in.

• Accounts: McDonald’s and Choice Hotels International • Assisted in the planning of offline mediums: TV, print, radio, out of home, and display• Created insertion orders, authorization forms, flow charts, and competitive decks for the client• Planned and submitted media buys in the hundreds of thousands of dollars across seven different Co-Ops in the northeastern United States from Maine down to Washington D.C. for McDonald's• Facilitated relationships between McDonald’s owners and media buyers while planning store opening events• Assisted in managing RFPs for over 15 print publications, such as USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, and other business, travel, and financial publications for the launch of a new Choice Hotels International campaign with a budget of over $50,000. This included analyzing the proposals and recommending which publications would be most effective at reaching Choice's desired target audience• Learned industry media planning tools (ex: MRI, Kantar, Comscore, etc.) to generate detailed reports on Choice Hotels' key target demographics and make recommendations based on analysis of the data and then provide strong rationale for which media channels will be most effective• Organized monthly billing recaps and presented them to the client• Maintained day-to-day contact for offline media representatives to plan and reserve advertising space and time

Performed standard, administrative agency duties while working closely with agent assistants to meet the needs of agents.
