I am a machine operator at SRG Global, where I assemble car parts for the automotive industry, using my attention to detail and problem-solving skills. I also troubleshoot and fix computers and printers that we encounter issues with at work, applying my knowledge of software updates, local area network (LAN), and wireless networking.I am passionate about technology and helping others with their technical needs. I am currently pursuing an IT Support certificate through Google Coursera courses, which cover topics such as Linux, Active Directory, Powershell, and more. I have completed four courses so far and plan to finish the certificate in the next month. I have also configured small LAN connections and set up devices for a local church as a volunteer project. My goal is to transition into a rewarding and challenging IT role where I can leverage my skills and experience.
