Focused on attracting, retaining, and developing players, coaches, managers, and volunteers. Additionally, working with the local schools to create a positive relationship between the club and these connected communities. This will be achieved through collaborating with ARU, club members and the local school networks to promote the benefits of rugby participation. Show less
