With over 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I am a passionate and skilled switch technician who specializes in network engineering, BSS, LTE and 5G technologies. I formerly worked at T-Mobile as a part of their Real Time Performance team. My mission was to ensure that T-Mobile's Miami network was always up and running, delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.At T-Mobile, I used various proprietary tools, engaged with different stakeholders, produced daily availability reports, hosted multiple conference calls, and triaged major RAN network impacts for both Nokia and Ericsson platforms. I was also the point of contact for end user escalations, and I collaborated with FOPs, RF, AAV vendors, general contractors and management to drive action and resolve issues. I have a CCNA certification and multiple Ericsson certifications that demonstrate my technical proficiency and knowledge. I am also fluent in English and Spanish, which allows me to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and clients.
