The role was to work with migrating applications/partners for the acquisition of MRx Solutions. Teamed up with engineers to gather all requirements and file transfer information, acted as intermediate between those resources for the MoveIt platform. Later stages of Project, handled engineer role of building, troubleshooting, and migrating applications and clients over to prime.

Contracted to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, the role was to help with the migration to most current version of Sterling File Integrator/Gateway. While handling day to day business as usual transmission, adding transmissions via xml JDBC SQL scripting. The transmissions dealt with route by content file routing, as well as standard route by file name automation. BCBS of Arizona, used connect direct and sftp protocols to handle standard healthcare data extracts.

This role to remediate File transmissions that did not meet Federal guidelines. The role entailed developing, building, testing and remediating file transfers, on to a new federal regulated transmission protocol. This role required troubleshooting of sftp, ndm and other transmissions logs,

I worked with Client to setup ACH/NACHA/PEP+ and many other Network Data Movement files, to and from the bank, through a variety of platforms over multiple projects. Once these NDM setups were connected and processing, did validation that they files the bank and the client were receiving where in the correct format for processing. Along with troubleshooting any issues that might have occurred with the connect direct ndm setups. Currently working on migration to an SFG based platform.

I monitor ETL Production schedules for the day to day processing, while making alterations to the ETL schedule. I am level one troubleshooting support for all issues resolving these schedules, and try to deduce the risk cause analysis for each problem that could have arrisen. While working with the clients to fulfill all the requests the might possible make.

Load Production Support at Fiserv was to monitor the day to day processing for a multitude of clients processing ETL schedules and systems to evaluate if they were running at optimal speed. While taking a level 1 and 2 stand for troubleshooting issues that might have occurred through out the day. I implemented release scripts and determining if there were any issue with those releases and working with the development teams to resolve issue if any that occurred. I also would make any alterations that would be needed to the ETL schedules for the clients in a timely manner to appropriate the clients needs.
