Antiterrorism and Force Protection support to US Fleet Forces Command. Primarily engaged with Hostile Intent Determination decision-making and small arms tactics, techniques, and procedures for US Navy Sailors performing security duties encompassing antiterrorism, physical security, and law enforcement. Applies intellectual rigor to research and experimentation efforts that, in turn, enable learned recommendations on US Navy service-level policy and doctrine to be forwarded, considered, and adopted.

Primary duties encompassed work in support of US Fleet Forces Command and Navy Warfare Development Command in the production of doctrinal publications. Projects included a detailed analysis of US Navy security force configurations involving comparative analyses against similar US Army organizations to identify gaps in force management, training, and employment. Developed recommendations to facilitate more effective, efficient, proficient, and responsive security organizations.
