started on the morrisons mccolls wholesale contract at the flagship site at Bury, involved in the day to day running of all warehouse operations from goods in to goods out.As of January 2022 I am working as part of the network team which involves directly working with all 6 CPC's helping to integrate new processes and develop continuous improvement and performance managment.From May 2022 I have successfully lead the warehouse opening of our start up 7th CPC which is an ambient only POP which will service 140 stores and reach volumes of circa 14k. Currently working on the start up of our 8th CPC.
