Consulting Systems Engineer
CurrentIn my current role, I drive technical engagement with customers and resellers, showcasing Fortinet's products and solutions. I provide strategic pre-sales support to Fortinet Sales teams, resellers, and distributors across Latin America and the Caribbean, boosting sales and client satisfaction.I maintain expertise in Fortinet's product line and key technology disciplines: Security Infrastructure, Security Enforcement, Security Management, and Security Intelligence. I act as a subject-matter expert in pre-sales design reviews, providing guidance to Field Systems Engineers.I lead product demonstrations, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical workshops that accelerate the sales cycle and highlight Fortinet's competitive advantages. I assist resellers in designing security solutions, ensuring high-quality products and services that meet customer needs. I also participate with SE peers to design secure IP networks, leveraging Fortinet's product line for superior solutions.My responsibilities include conducting performance tests, analyzing results, and creating reports that drive product improvement and provide insights for our sales and technical teams.I deliver training to enhance knowledge of Fortinet solutions among partners, resellers, and distributors. I mentor System Engineers within Virtual Teams, serve as a Virtual Team Leader, and represent the International Sales Organization in meetings and committees. I work with Product Management and Engineering to identify, qualify, and develop critical product features, contributing to Fortinet's success.I create technical documentation and interface with business and technology partners, sharing knowledge with field Systems Engineers. My experience spans international projects, driving technical excellence that impacts business outcomes.
