I am an enthusiastic and conscientious former primary school teacher with over 5 years of experience in the Education sector. I graduated with a First Class degree in Primary Education (with QTS) in 2019 and worked as a primary school class teacher for 2 years. After leaving teaching, I completed a master's degree in Mental Health and Well-being in Education at the University of York in 2022, graduating with Distinction. My master’s research project, exploring how schools in England can further support teacher well-being, has been published in Psychology in the Schools. I am currently working as an Education Mental Health Practitioner for With Me in Mind - North Lincolnshire as part of the Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust. As part of this role, I have successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health and Emotional Well-being Studies in the Education Environment in October 2023, also graduating with Distinction. Skilled in Communication, Group Work, Presentation Skills, Academic Writing, and Interpersonal Communication.
