Supporting recruiting, selection, and contracted workforce development in support of company objectives to meet customer expectations for quality, delivery and service. Support, coach, and consult on workforce development, onboarding and plant safety performance.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, direct and manage all Human Resource and Facilities Engineering functions for 1500 associates at two locations, Tier 1 Japanese owned supplier of automotive lighting and electronic components. Member of strategic management team establishing organizational direction and policies. Responsible for union free associate relations, compensation and benefits strategy, organizational development, environmental and safety program, performance management, recognition and reward systems, community relations, facilities maintenance management. Lead staff of 5 Managers and 17 professionals.

Member of strategic management team establishing organizational direction and policies. • Directed cost reduction initiatives leading to $6.6M savings in general and administrative expenses over 2 year period. • Designed and implemented new domestic sales organization resulting in 300% improvement in direct customer contact staff with no additional headcount.
