I am a non traditional accounting student studying at WSU. I have about ten years of experience in the first responder occupation (Marine Corps, Emergency Medical Technician, and firefighter). It was during this time I gained and reenforced proper employee skills: attention to detail, dedication, teamwork, small unit leadership, and much more. While serving, I was earned serval awards to include a letter of commendation for my outstanding performance in my field. I bring this dedication and high performance to every place of work. While working, I also earned my Associate Degree from Lewis-Clark state college. I also underwent two internships: Library Audit and Data Entry, and a business' management program. With the help of a friend, I created and mentored the Lewis-Clark State College Stand Up Comedy Club.I plan to take several tax internships while I earn my Bachelors degree in accounting at WSU to include tax and audit work.
