This wastewater plant underwent extensive expansion to upgrade the facility to membrane technology. Currently the 5th largest Membrane Bioreactor treatment plant in North America. Plant upgraded to membrane technology in order to have cleaner discharge water to the Chesapeake Bay. Currently the 8th largest Membrane Bioreactor treatment plant in North America.

Was responsible for testing the controls of complex water systems using simulation software. This simulation software included Rockwell software such as RSView32, RSLogix 5000, RSLinx Gateway and Factory Talk View Studio, Machine and Site edition. I spent the majority of my time working with Programmable Logic Controllers, mainly Allen Bradley PLCs, to run the program code for these simulations. Worked closely with the GE Water Commissioning team as the Field Service Representatives would require assistance on connection, programming and controls issues when in the field. I would assist in solving problems that would arise in order to keep the commissioning schedule for each project on track. I conducted three Factory Acceptance Testing sessions with customers in order to explain how their water system will operate using our HMI graphics, the PLC code and the simulation software. These sessions involved a few days of working closely with the customer answering questions or concerns that they may have about the process they will be operating.I tested the first full scale Anaerobic Membrane Bioreactor system (Dogfish Brewery) as well as the largest Desalination plant in Aruba (WEB Aruba) that was commissioned in January 2015 by GE Water. I also helped complete an initial set up of an Anaerobic Membrane Bioreactor Pilot project. This involved hands on work with piping, setting up instrumentation such as Turbidity meters, pumps, Pressure/Flow transmitters and electrical wiring for the project.

- Analyzed Bento’s distribution and supply chain network in depth to uncover potential saving opportunities. Through this I evaluated over 20 different cost reduction opportunities. These results were presented to senior management for future savings of over $500,000. - Assisted and learned how to implement a Request for Proposal to improve overall operating margins- Constructed a financial model using historical financial and supply data to forecast costs and prices for all products with a direct material effect on Bento’s bottom line. The output was used by management to set product prices for multiple product lines including My Sushi, Bento Express, and Onsite Grocery Menus.- Implemented a new menu program that allowed for easy computation of material costs, labour inputs, and margins. Ran the system for 4 months to produce all new Onsite menus for Loblaws, Metro, Sobey's and Farmboy. Produced the new Bento Sushi menu for the lauch date in October. - Created a Module for the new Menu software for future use by Bento Sushi.

At Envers of Morriston I helped prepare food for customers. This was done at a very high paced and high level of expectation. Envers is one of the top 100 resturants in Ontario so the quality of service and food had to be exceptional.Always working on preparing food or assisting in cleaning the kitchen throughout the night.

Took care of daily activities in the finance department. This involved opening mail, posting invoices, running credit cards, paying suppliers, and running cheques.Assisted in many aspects of the daily activities of the business.
