Establishing Ecotone at the beginning of 2017 with a joint partner who shares the same passion for innovative design with building handcrafted furniture. Our aim is to provide our creative, professional & distinctive input to create bespoke furniture to supply to each client with a beautiful piece of artwork. My role is varied which includes sales, marketing, project management, product design and generally ensuring the smooth running of the business.

My time at VictoriaPlum.com I were responsible for managing the customer service sector of the trade department on a day-to-day basis. Daily duties include dealing with all initial customer communications, by phone, writing or face to face, Processing Sales & arranging quotations to potential customers. During my role, I were responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, generating and producing sales leads, resolving any potential problems, managing large amounts of incoming calls and maintaining customer accounts by recording information.

My time at AJD I was responsible for managing both day-to-day and long-term maintenance issues whilst also negotiating sales. Daily duties included dealing with all incoming enquiries, booking and conducting viewings and valuations, negotiating offers between all parties, Advertising and leasing with landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants. I was also head of preparing sales brochures and promotional information and keeping the website & marketing portals updated on weekly bases.
