Lead Animator, Rigger and a programmer on the Vernacular Language learning Vertical Slice experience for the Oculus Launch Pad program. My tasks were to bring our "Katfe" world to life with animated npcs. This consisted of idles, walking animations and more fun animations where our npcs interacted with animated cats.I also animated our barista to make a wide variety of drinks in color ways and then wrote the script to allow them to play randomly, keeping the environment entertaining.Also, the true draw of our world, our cats were animated in the back of our Katfe to roam freely and interact with. Multiple idles, walk and individual animations to interact with NPC's were created. They were then scripted to walk around the back room and purr when petted.Light modeling was done when different accessories were needed to accompany the animations or models.
