Worked with landowners to improve and increase acres in the CRP (Conservation Reserve Program) through in person visits and direct mail. This added over 300 acres of new CRP contracts in Humboldt Co during my employment. Managed over 800 contracts (2500 acres) each year though site visits and follow-up status review with landowner.
