• Coordinate care for 100+ patients in community-based setting that serves HIV- positive, homeless, and substance-abuse patients in New York City.• Lead collaboration among providers and nurses to make patient treatment decisions through one-on-one discussion and regular interdisciplinary meetings.• Collect, analyze, and report on data for Hepatitis C and HIV Prevention programs to lead improvements in patient care across organization.• Assist in management of Hepatitis C team and training of new team members.• Promote engagement and retention in the clinic using motivational interviewing and harm reduction techniques to drive treatment success.

• Successfully implemented Beacon and Research modules in public hospitals of Denmark and at Novant Health. Experienced with full-cycle implementations, multiple go- lives, and maintenance support.• Managed 10-person teams of nurses, pharmacists, and IT staff to design, validate, build, test, train, and optimize workflows for adult and pediatric oncology centers.• Engaged executive leadership, managers, and oncology subject matter experts to make key decisions and optimize both system and clinic workflows in preparation for Epic system activation.• Led review of business requirement and use case documents on Denmark implementation. Collaborated with subject matter experts to ensure satisfactory fulfillment of requirements and coordinated with the Epic Development team when new functionality was required.• Drove coordination between project teams on enterprise, multi- hospital, roll-out implementations to ensure cohesion for users and flexibility for optimization.• Provided end user support in the command center for 3 go-lives as project coordinator. Provided elbow-to-elbow end user support during 10+ go-lives.• Trained builders for adult, pediatric, and research protocols and provided guidance for most complex protocols. Built 20+ protocols during project staffing gaps and completed protocol maintenance during go-lives.• Served as liaison between 100+ hospitals and Beacon development team to communicate concerns with existing functionality and ensure future development met needs of users.• Acted as key member of design team for new Beacon functionality and integration areas with Willow, Ambulatory, Inpatient, and Research in Epic 2016 release and enhancements for existing functionality.• Managed a team of 40 Beacon implementation consultants to incorporate implementation experience into development process, advocate for designs that were cohesive with live hospitals' workflows, and create recommendations for implementation of new functionality.
