CEO/ Founder of this business after long successful employment history in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry. We seek existing older and historic buildings that are in deteriorated condition and work with owners to restore them and return them to viable financial real estate. We re-cycle and restore old buildings. Our primary focus area is Colorado Springs and we have a studio office in Trinidad Colorado.We travel to Lucca Italy to study Classical Architecture and state of the art restoration technology.

This was a five year employment contract with BVH Architects after selling them The Florin Group.

This was a "cold start" small business with emphasis on Historic Preservation. It succeeded and grew to eight employees and was sold to a larger firm seeking to expand from Nebraska to Colorado.
