Associate position on the Incident Response team. Supported the Incident Response team by maintaining and creating rule sets for the team’s security tools. Lead engineer on the companies’ email firewall, phishing tools, Intelligence tools and endpoint security tools. Trained and managed intern and co-op positions on the Incident Response team. Led investigations into email phishing attacks including account takeover, malware and threatening emails to C-suite.

Associate position on the Incident Response team. Created a threat intelligence program to support Incident Response team, vulnerability team and strategic goals of the CISO. Supported tools used by the Incident Response team including email firewall, and phishing tools. Supported documentation efforts for qualification to use new security tools in secure environments. Implemented DMARC for the company domain.

Associate position on the Security Operations Center. Investigated security alerts and incidents within the company and re-mediated them. Working on creating a cyber threat intelligence program to further support the SOC team in their mission to protect the company. Part of the on-call rotation to investigate incidents and alerts that occur on non-business hours.

Associate position on the Advance Threats and Assessments team. Worked to conduct penetration tests within the company as well as performing vulnerability assessments. Wrote assessments on critical vulnerabilities and identified threats to the company.

Associate position on the Security Engineering team. Worked on tools to support the company's Security Operations Center. Some of the tools included Cisco SourceFire, HP ArcSight, Riverbed Mazu and AirDefense. Part of the on-call rotation to help production issues that occur during non-business hours.

Associate position on the Security Administration team. Provision access to user's across the company. Work to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Payment Creditcard Industry (PCI) compliance in all systems supported, both KFA/KCT and non-KFA systems. Part of the on-call rotation to help production issues that occur during non-business hours.

Contractor position on the Security Administration team. I learned to work with the many applications used at TJX and provision user access. I worked with and helped develop processes to provision access that followed Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Payment Creditcard Industry (PCI) compliance.
